The Hagen Family

I met the Hagen family in the park to get some shots of the kids playing as well as a few photos of the family together. The kids warmed up quickly and I enjoyed getting to know them as we took a walk together and played on the equipment.  I had fun capturing each of their unique personalities and look forward to more photos in the future!

Annie

I had a blast photographing Annie, a very sweet young girl who loves animals (especially her dog Jazz), playing the piano, and the monkey bars!  We had a great time switching up outfits/accessories and hanging out in the back yard and on the front porch.  We also went inside and got some shots of her playing the piano.  Jazz was a part of the action from beginning to end and was a good sport- even when we dressed him in a coordinating bow and skirt!

Eva

Eva is a little girl with a big personality!  She is full of energy and has a great imagination.  You will often find her singing, dancing or pretending she's a princess.  For her three-year-old photo shoot, I met Eva and her mom at the park and then went along with them to the dance studio.  I had a great time capturing Eva's sparkling personality!

Lexi and Logan

This morning, I took some photos of two adorable kids- big sister, Lexi, and her little brother, Logan.  Although it was a little bit chilly, these two were very cheerful and we had a fun time reading books, riding trikes and running around.  I was able to capture some great individual shots as well as some very sweet moments of the two of them together.

Three Years!

Happily ever after...

This past weekend, Matt and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary on the shores of Lake Superior.  We stayed at Matt's parent's vacation home in Washburn, Wisconsin.  Our friends Tim and Michelle were able to join us and we spent our time exploring, eating and relaxing.  There are a lot of fun little shops and places to eat around the area.  I think the highlight of the trip was the day we took a ferry from Bayfield to Madeline Island and rented some mopeds!

We had a wonderful time and were very thankful for the beautiful weather! 

Baby Berg

Yesterday evening, I took maternity photos of some good friends of ours. We had a lot of fun hanging out by the lake and walking around the old railroad yard.  Everyone is very excited for these two to welcome their little one next month!

I heart kitties!

If you know Ada, you know that she loves kitties.  You rarely see her without her favorite stuffed animal, appropriately named "Kitty."  Here are some shots of her, wearing the most perfect shirt I recently found at Target, playing with her beloved "Kitty."

If your child has a favorite toy or stuffed animal, I encourage you to bring it along to a photoshoot.  They make fun pictures and lasting memories!
