Holiday Photo Session Wrap-Up

I feel all of the holiday family sessions went pretty well this year.  It was fun to see the photos I took being used as gifts and Christmas cards. I already have so many ideas in mind for next year.  This was my last family shoot of the year. I finished the editing just in time for Christmas.  It was fun getting to know this family and using some of their ideas (which I always welcome)!

The Many Hats of Gracie

I had a great time photographing 6 month old Grace in her many hats, headbands and accessories. Her mom and dad were also able to jump in for a few family photos, just in time for the holidays!

Holiday photos

I've been staying pretty busy taking lots of fun holiday photos lately.  I met up with some friends of ours on a very cold day last week. Little Aubrey was all smiles and, besides her rosy cheeks and nose, showed no signs of being too cold. We snapped as many photos as we could, then went inside and warmed up with some hot chocolate and cookies!

Big Sisters

Baby Kasey's big sisters joined us a few days after her shoot for some photos of the three of them as well as some individual shots of the older girls. I had fun chatting with them as we listened to Taylor Swift's new cd (a mutual favorite) and snapped photos.

I recently took photos of this adorable brown-eyed baby girl.  She came to my house with her mom and grandma and had fun smiling and blowing bubbles.  Stay tuned for pics of Kasey and her beautiful big sisters...

Before all of this cold weather and snow, I hung out with these guys as they played in their backyard.  After we convinced the Peyton that getting her picture taken wasn't so bad after all, we all had a great time and laughed a lot!

Sisters

I recently took photos of these three cheerful little girls in my home studio and backyard.  Their mom first described them to me as her six-year-old "wanna be fashionista", her four-year-old "tomboy in a tutu" and her almost one-year-old "walker, climber and smiler."  I was definitely able see each of their personalities shine through during the shoot and I had a blast getting to know them a little!

Herbie's family

I recently met up with some friends and their adorable little pug, Herbie.  It was a sunny Fall day and I enjoyed catching up and laughing with these two as we walked around a local park.

Busy Little Family

I can't imagine how busy life must be with a three year old, an almost two year old and an eight month old baby, but these kids' mom makes it look pretty easy.  I really enjoyed getting to know their sweet and unique personalities as we spent time playing at my house and at the park.
