Pool Day!

It has been so nice out these past few days! Yesterday, we were able to spend the morning at the pool with Ada's bff, Eva. The two of them had a blast splashing in the water together!

I recently photographed one of the happiest little 6 month olds I've ever met! Clara was all smiles and made my job very easy! I set up this shoot in my living room and created some new fabric backgrounds to play around with. We had lots of fun and captured some great shots of this little cutie.

After learning many useful tips in my e-coarse, Flying Lessons: Tips + Tricks to Help Your Creative Business Soar taught by Kelly Rae Roberts, I've decided to combine our family blog and creative blog into one. We have also finally come me up with a business name we can agree upon. We've chosen Mud&Magnolia because it represents a little bit of each of us (mud: pottery and magnolia: photography and pretty things). I think it's fun and like how the words contrast with each other. I've been enjoying the photography course I am taking online and am excited to really dive into it after I wrap up my elementary ed. summer classes. Stay tuned for some interesting assignment photos.
